Once we find your dream home - we will work on putting together a compelling offer for the seller. We will guide you based on data to come to an offer - we work for YOU and want the best outcome for YOU. We will also recommend appropriate conditions to help protect you.

5.) Acceptance & Closing

Congratulations, your offer is accepted! What happens next until move in day? We'll ensure all conditions are met such as inspections and financing. You'll work with your lender to confirm your mortgage. On closing day, your Lawyer will work with you to ensure the title is transferred into your name without issues.
